Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and List My MRR ("we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the List My MRR website and services (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

List My MRR is a public leaderboard and directory that lets founders list their internet businesses, connect a payment provider to verify recurring revenue, and be ranked against other listed businesses. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

You must be at least 16 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

You may sign up using an email/password or a Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

When you submit a business listing, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the right to list the business and to share the information you submit.
• The revenue and growth figures you connect or provide are accurate and reflect real, verifiable activity.
• Your listing does not infringe on any third party's intellectual property or other rights.
• Your listing does not contain false, misleading, defamatory, or unlawful content.

We reserve the right to remove, suspend, or refuse any listing — including previously published listings — that we believe, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms, misrepresents revenue, or is otherwise harmful to the integrity of the leaderboard.

To verify revenue, you may connect a supported payment provider by submitting an API key or access token. You are solely responsible for the credentials you provide, including ensuring they carry only the minimum (ideally read-only) permissions necessary. We use the credential once to fetch a revenue snapshot and do not store it afterward. We are not responsible for the accuracy of data returned by third-party payment providers.

Organic leaderboard ranking is determined strictly by verified Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) and cannot be purchased. Paid promotional features (see Section 7) affect visibility only, never organic rank.

We offer optional paid promotional features, such as Hall of Fame placement or Featured spotlight slots. Payments for these features are processed by our third-party payment processor, Dodo Payments. All fees are quoted and charged in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise.

Purchases of promotional placements are generally non-refundable once the placement has gone live, except where required by applicable law or at our sole discretion. Promotional placements do not guarantee any specific outcome, such as traffic, signups, or sales.

You agree not to:

• Submit fabricated, manipulated, or misleading revenue figures or business information.
• Use another person's or business's payment credentials without authorization.
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its underlying systems.
• Scrape, harvest, or bulk-collect data from the Service in a way that imposes an unreasonable load on it.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any business you list.

The Service, including its design, branding, and underlying software, is owned by List My MRR and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you submit (such as your business description and logo), but you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute that content as part of operating the Service, including on public leaderboard and directory pages.

The Service integrates with and may link to third-party services (including payment providers and websites you list). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that revenue data displayed will always be accurate or current.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, List My MRR and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless List My MRR and its team from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your submitted content, or your violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us.

We may modify or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which List My MRR operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
